Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The product must be free from scratches, damage, or alterations.
Return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on items marked as Final Sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return
Photo(s) of the item, if applicable
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send your item back without receiving confirmation from our support team.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@opalwalk.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
